Minimum Order

·         What is the minimum purchase requirement?

The minimum order amount before taxes and shipping is $500.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

·         Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, including size, color, or style changes.

·         Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations or item removals are no longer possible.

·         Do you offer exchanges?

We offer a 15-day exchange policy for damaged items. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Cabinet Construction

·         Are the cabinets pre-assembled?

Yes, all cabinets come fully pre-assembled for your convenience.

·         How thick are the cabinet backs?

Cabinet backs are made with 5/8" thick panels for durability.

·         How thick is the drawer back/bottom?

The drawer box features a 5/8" thick back and bottom.

·         Are the cabinet sides finished?

Cabinet sides are unfinished and exposed to screws. Finished side panels are available separately.

·         Are handle holes pre-drilled?

No, handle holes are not pre-drilled, allowing you to customize placement.

·         What color are the cabinet interiors?

All cabinet interiors are white.

·         Do you offer custom paint colors?

Yes. A $250+tax fee per order applies for custom colors.

Delivery & Installation

·         How can I calculate shipping cost?

Enter your address at checkout to view delivery rates.

·         Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes, pickup is available only at our Sacramento location. You can select this option during checkout.

·         Do you deliver to apartment buildings?

Yes, but only to the ground floor.

·         Does the delivery driver unload the items alone?

Yes. Assistance is required to unload items from the truck.

·         Do you offer installation services?

No, we do not offer cabinet installation services.

Hardware & Accessories

·         Do the cabinets have soft-close features?

Yes, all doors and drawers come with soft-close hardware.

·         Are handles included?

No, handles are sold separately.

·         Are accessories like spice racks or waste bins included?

No. All accessories must be purchased and installed separately.

Miscellaneous

·         Can I purchase cabinet boxes without doors?

Yes. You can request a quote for cabinet boxes only by contacting us.

·         What kind of paint is used on your cabinets?

We use a custom-formulated paint blend. We reference Benjamin Moore colors but do not use Benjamin Moore paint directly.
